The SSC Selection Post 2024 Notification PDF was released on 26th February 2024, coinciding with the launch of the new SSC Commission official website ssc.gov.in. This year, a total of 2029 selection posts across various departments of the Central Government are to be filled.
Interested Indian citizens can apply online exclusively on the new official SSC website, ssc.gov.in, starting from February. SSC Phase XII 2024 presents over 2000 vacancies for candidates holding Matric, 10+2, higher secondary, and any degree qualifications. SSC Selection Post 2024 Exam Fee: 100/- Only and There is no fee for Women candidates and SC, ST, PWD and Ex-servicemen candidates.Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

Scheme of SSC Selection Post Phase XII Exam Pattern:
Three distinct Computer-Based Examinations will be conducted for SSC Selection Posts, featuring Objective Type Multiple Choice questions. These examinations apply to positions with minimum Educational Qualifications at the Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & above levels. A negative marking system of 0.50 marks will be implemented for each incorrect answer. The examination duration is set at one hour (60 minutes).

How to Apply SSC Selection Post Phase 12:
Here are the steps to register your online application for SSC Selection Posts Phase XII 2024 successfully. Eligible candidates must apply for each category of post separately and pay the applicable fee for each category. It is recommended that candidates submit their online applications well in advance of the closing date, by 18/03/2024, up to 23:00 Hours, to ensure timely processing.
- Eligible candidates should first visit the newly launched Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Government of India Official Website – ssc.gov.in/home.
- Click on the “Apply” button in the Quick Links Category and
- Choose “Selection Posts Examination, 2024” and then click on the “Apply” link.
- If you are already registered One Time Registration in SSC, log in using your credentials (Registration Number and Password) OR click on the “Register Now” link to register your SSC application.
- For New Registration (One Time): Enter personal details, create a new password, provide additional details, and make a declaration to create a new account.
- The candidates are required to Selection Region Name, Post Name, Post Level and other details.
- The candidates must upload scanned copy of Recent Photograph and Signature etc.
- The final step entails paying the application fee and submitting the online application form. Upon successful submission, candidates should print a copy of the application for future reference.
